  • Full-time or Part-time Subcontractor moving to W2 at a later date

  • Position is regular day hours, but will need some phone/email availability during off hours (minimal)

  • Compensation varies based on experience

  • Purpose of role:  As an associate, your primary focus is to effectively “own” any administrative responsibilities in our Business Development group.  This position offers a great opportunity to also grow in Business Development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Business Development Schedule

    • Monitor availability and performance

  • Manage Documents/Databases

    • Create, manage, categorize and prioritize contact database

    • Work with DBD to efficiently and effectively send out deal memos

    • Modify and maintain contracts and contract templates

  • Manage Follow-up

    • Ensure appropriate action items are assigned to team members

    • Ensure the Monetyze delivers business development deliverables on-time

  • Manage Deal Flow

    • Update and maintain CRM system to properly track business development pipeline at all stages

    • Create and manage reports to executive team on pipeline

    • Assist DBD in accomplishing revenue goals

  • Grow in Business Development

    • Participate in many calls/meetings and study BD techniques.

    • Begin (at appropriate times) to take on some BD opportunities independently.
